Our staff bring a wealth of knowledge and dedication to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Many of us have personal connections to the disability community, fueling our passion and commitment to treating every individual we serve with the care and respect they deserve—as if they were part of our own family.

We are proud to have both Residential and Community Engagement staff who are skilled in American Sign Language (ASL), enabling effective communication with individuals who have hearing or speech challenges. To maintain the highest standards of care, we provide regular, state-approved training to all team members, equipping them with the most current and comprehensive knowledge to support our residents and Community Engagement participants.
