Group Homes: Our group homes are located in scenic areas such as Staunton, Churchville, Goshen, Lexington, Fishersville, Waynesboro, Stuarts Draft, and Crimora. Each home offers a comfortable and nurturing environment where residents receive individualized care and support.

Sponsored Residential Services: We offer alternative living arrangements through our sponsored residential services, ensuring individuals receive high-quality care in a more personalized setting.
To be eligible for our Group Home and Sponsored Residential Services, individuals must meet the following criteria:

Age: Must be 18 years or older.

Diagnosis: Must have a documented intellectual or developmental disability, as defined by DBHDS guidelines.

Assessment: Must undergo a comprehensive assessment to determine the level of support required. This assessment will include evaluations of cognitive, social, and physical abilities.

Plan of Care: Must have an individualized service plan (ISP) developed in collaboration with the individual, their family, and care team, outlining specific goals and support needs.

Funding Approval: Must have approved funding through Medicaid, private pay, or other applicable funding sources to cover the cost of services.

Commitment: Must demonstrate a willingness and ability to participate in daily living activities and adhere to the group home's or sponsored residential home's community guidelines.

Skill Development: We help residents develop essential life skills, enhancing their independence and confidence.

Recreational Activities: Residents can engage in a wide range of recreational activities tailored to their interests and abilities, promoting social interaction and enjoyment.

Community Involvement: We facilitate active participation in community events and activities, helping residents build connections and engage meaningfully with the wider community.
